3com NIC won't install

When doing an upgrade from Netware 4.11 to Netware 6, I can't get past the point of installing the NIC. I have a 3c905b card and it just won't load the driver.

Have you tried downloading the latest NetWare NIC driver from 3com?

yes, I tried downloading the latest driver. I also tried four older drivers. It doesn't even work on a fresh install.

Are there any messages relating to this on the console/logs?

This is not in the supported drivers list...you may have to have novell write you drivers for it...I tried with a 3c905b and had to upgrade to a 3c90xC in order for it to work.
