3com nbx 5500 / nbx 100 problem

Hi

I work in a school in South Wales UK
We are using a 3com NBX 5500 / NBX 100 with 3 x 4 port analog carts

We have a ISDN 30 coming in the building which is patch into the NBX 5500

We are then using the pass though ports on the front of the NBX 100 unit for faxs and direct lines
However all of the numbers that are passed though have withheld numbers
We have spoken to our phone company BT they say that numbers are not withheld on there end it must be the NBX

As yet the installation company has not supplied a layout for the network

I can better explain it in words

We are plugging phones / faxes into ports on the analog card in the NBX 100 Chassis
These ports are not showing there phone number or cli

How do i show the phone number of the lines that are passed though to the ports used on the front of the analog cards

You keep in mind who on analogic signalling, you can send and receive the cli only setting on advanced setting of connections ATA and the Analog Lines. But you cannot send in transparency the extensions real that calls. I explain myself better ,if extensions 300 of the NBX100 call towards a extensions of NBX5500 through the connection trunk xxx (NBX100/NBX5500) send only to the CLI of the channel of connection trunk xxx and not own identification 300 for a problem of the analogic protocol.
