Intermittently our 3com access points just stop being able to be remotely managed with the web-based admin tool. We get page not found when typing in the ip address. The only way to get the access point back is to reboot it - which is a real pain since we have many remote sites. We can still ping the access point - it has a static ip address. Anyone else experience this? It has happened on each of our access points - not just one. And we've tried them at different sites - etc. 3com just shakes their head and says ---hhhhhmmmmm we've never seen this before.
