3com 4500G can't manage

Hello, I have a 3com 4500G and the only way to manage it is via console connection. I am trying to set up web management but the management VLAN1 interface appears DOWN. And I can't find anywhere how to set it to UP! I have two VLANS port based...

In hyperterminal typ


<3com Switch>System-view (enter)
[3com Switch]Interface (enter)
[3com Switch]Interface Vlan-Interface 1 (enter)
[3com Switch]Ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx mmm.mmm.mmm.mmm (enter x is your IP adress and y is the mask)

Now you have changed your IP adress of you switch and you should be able to manage it thru the browser.
