3COM 4500 PoE 52 port switch

I have 3COM PoE switches and SNOM 320/300 voip phones running on my network. I have found that 4 of the SNOM 320 phones are rebooting for no apparent reason and are freezing during the reboot. I am hoping it is not the 3COMs, but does anyone thing there is a link here? I have 46 Snom phones connected to 2 3COM switches, All work fine except these 4 phones, I have swapped out the phones, changed the ports on the switch, tested the network points, but still these phones reboot and freeze. well, have you checked the documentation on the phones and switches to make sure that the phones are not pulling more power than the switches can supply?

Also, are you running the most current software on the switches and the phones?

Move the phones to another port on the switch.
If it will happen again to the same phones then your problem is in the phones most of the times.

hi guys, Problems still exists. Yes i have checked the power ratings. changed ports on the switch; put in a test switch; tried different network points; changed the phone 3 times; tried different firmware versions on the phone.

here's a twist, the phone is connected to a bluetooth headset device, Plantronic CS60. Could it be possble for the Bluetooth device to reboot the phone?
