3com 4400 switch CRC errors?

I have a 3com 4400 switch that has port 1 configured as 100 Full duplex and it is attached to a linux box network card that is a gigabit 10/100 card also full duplex.
I am getting CRC erros increasing by about 10 to 15 every time it refreshes(about 6 secs).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing these CRC errors?
