3Com 4226T switch--how to reset?

Inherited this 3com 4226T gigibit switch; have the IP address but no passwords. Tried the various backdoors mentioned here (tech/tech; debug/debug; security/security; etc.). No joy. And no hardware reset that I see.

Take the cover off and short the battery?

I can telnet to the device.

Is there a console reset procedure?
