3com 4007 and sniffer

HI
I have a question.
When i apply a sniffer on a every port of a 3com 4007 (and 3com 7700) i watch traffic unicast (pc to pc) in my lan.
i think it's not normal thing, isn't true?
anybody else happens it?
it's there something parameter to config?
