3COM 3018 - device manager

Hi

In total we have 4 3COM 3018 routers connected to each other in different locations. To manage them I have downloaded 3 COM device manager. I can only add 1 out of 4 routers. The 3 others give a failed to connect to x.x.x.x error.

Any clue why I can not add my devices?
