3com 1000 switch dead power supply

i recently aquired a 3com 1000 24 port switch with the fibre module installed, it appears that the power supply is dead. is there a place where i can purchase a replacement for the power supply.

From what i understand its a Astec and the fuses are ok.

In case your wondering, what makes me think its just the power is when i plug it in it does not start, you can kind of hear a ticking sound.. the fans don't start or anything.. we opened it up and checked connections and everything. It might not really be the power supply but i'm hoping it is and its replaceable.

YOu can'nt buy the Power supply.
IT is a custom product, made by Astec for 3Com.
You can try to change the electrolytic capacitors, it seems to be the problem.
