I have taken over management of a 3Com® VCX® Connect 100 IP system.
Presently the system is configured with a T1 card,FXO and FXS. Trunks.The system is presently open and as such anyone can make calls.The customer would like for me to lock down the system by enable restriction on the system.
Present the system is running software version 8.0
secondly they have 1 connection for local calling( T1 Trunk) and another for long distance (analog trunks)
I am thinking that we can have two levels of restriction
1.Local and long distance
2.local only
