Don't know,
As far as i remberd is there driver support up to nt4, (you could by the try it with nt4 drivers. I run for instance the nt4 drivers on a XP workstation that uses a HP 5L printer. (the xp drivers did not work properly, the nt4 dr do a fantastich job)

and i don't know how many about how many machines we are talking, and speed of the cards on the other machines, but upgrading to for instance cheap realtech 10/100 card could be a sugestion
