I have a new customer that has a ACS rel6 and a Partner Messaging R1 located in his house, he claims every morning at 3AM ext 10? gets a half a beep, I haven't heard it, don't want to be there at 3AM and he descibed it as a beep not ring, no alarms hooked up, any ideas?

Log into the voice mail system either through the serial port or the internal modem, using tech1000 as the username and the numeric password from the system administrator's mailbox. Find the option to change the daily maintenance time, and set to to 12 noon, or some other time during daylight hours. See if that solves his problem. The system does an automatic reset every night. This could be what is causing his "1/2 beep
