3920 wireless line distinctive ring?

Hi, all the Partner 18D phones work fine with line distinctive ring settings, the wireless 3920 only rings one tone for all calls. Site has one line that they want to ring differently than all the other lines, and we can do this, Partner ACS Rel 8 for the desktop phones. Is there anyway to program the 3920 to use distinctive line rings? Thanks, Lewis

Change Ring Type and Volume
Press the Vol + and - buttons on the side of the handset in Standby mode (the
handset is out of the charger unit and not in use) to change the volume.
To change the ringer type:
1 Press menu.
2 Press menu again to select “Change Ringer Type.”
3 Use the Vol + and - buttons to scroll up/down to select the desire ring tone.
Each time you select a tone, the handset plays that tone. You can choose
from six tones.
4 Press menu to set the ring tone.
The Saved message appears.
5 Use the Vol + and - buttons to select “Exit.”
6 Press menu.

So one can change the ring … but can you do so on a per line basis? So all other iine ring one tone, but a single line rings differently so you know when it's ringing?
Wow, none of the documentation I've seen even mention the 3920 has a menu. Thank you!

The manual does not specify - whether the phone can - or cannot - use "unique line ringing" as programmed under #209 in system programming.

We've programmed in the line distintive ring and it works fine on the 18D's - the 3920 just rings the same tone for all lines. I don't think thye 3920 has the capability to do distinctive line rings. - Lewis

I believe you are correct. The User Manual for the 3920 - covers all of the other features - and programming procedures - so you may want to download it.

Hi, I can only find a Users Guide and an Planning and Installation Guide and neither of these have detailed programming info.

Well - by programming - I mean accessing the "Menu" on the phone to change ringing styles, etc.
