How do i program programmable buttons on a 3910 wireless?

There are only 2 programable buttons on a 3910. If you want to program buttons you would have to remove lines from that extension.

On the 3910, do you flash a call waiting by pressing the CO-Button the call is coming in on or must it be programmed into the phone?

Feature 03 is the code for recall (or flash). Just hit feature 0 3.

Ok techies, this is my issue. I have an friend with (5) 3910's. The homeowner has (2) CO lines. All of the extensions are programmed for call waiting. They want a button for "Flash" and another for "Redial".

When I key in "Feature 03 or Feature 05" the call waiting and flash work just fine. What I need is to get them programmed into a button because this homeowner isn't going to understand pressing 3 buttons when she presently presses one for either feature on a POTS telephone.

I made attempts to do the usual;
Feature 00
Press Button
Feature 03
Feature 00
Without success.

Can she have both of these features without losing either of her pools or will she have to compromise?

Most importantly, if you have a solution please explain it as best you can.

Any help is most appreciated.

P.S.: I sought help from tech support from a national Avaya distributor. They were stumped.
