3905 transfer button not working

Hi,

I have a problem on SECC 4.2, transfer button of 3905 telephone sets works only once when acquired by SECC 4.2.
I am using the latest firmware version of the phone and still I am receiving complaints of transfer button malfunction.

I tried to use the same phone using basic ACD function and it works normally.

Anyhelp will be very much appreciated.

you need to install patch MPLR16216. Symptoms:Transfer works once on acquired set, then stops working.
