i know the 3905 sets on 7.5 (firmware 94)need to have something plugged into the HEADSET port in order to even log in.
However i am having an issue with some of the 3905 sets that once logged in users cant un-ready their set. they can log out and log in and MSB the set. just cant press NRD.
now if i change the handset cord from the HEADSET port to the HANDSET port the NRD key functions again but i cant log in because nothing is plugged intp the headset port. if i then swap back to the HEADSET port the NRD key will work for a little while until it then starts acting up again?
all sets are on firmware 94
contact center is AACC 6.0
Call Server is CPPM 7.5 with latest deplist as of sept 9 2011.
sig serv is CPPM and has latest patches and SP as of sept 9 2011
MGC loadware = CD01 AB01 BA07 AA18 BA07 DSP5AA01
Ill update the deplist next service window but until then anyone know of a fix?
