I had a bad 3905 at an agent station. I replaced it with a phone from inventory (refurb). The configuration of the TN was not changed but when I plugged the replacement phone in, the display is incorrect. It is not showing the correct programmed buttons. I have flushed the TN and tried disu and enlu.....still nothing. I got another phone from inventory and same thing, then two other phones from inventory and still the same thing. I took another phone from and agent staton next to it and plugged it in where the bad one was and it displays correctly. I printed out that TN and several others next to it and all are exactly the same. Is it possible that the refurb phones are bad? Is there a reset on the phone itself? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

3905 Not Displaying The Correct Config

...or firmware on the 3905 is newer than the switch (ie, Phase 3 3905 on a 25.30 or older system) - this will guarantee noticable issues. Will need to force download the older Phase I firmware onto the 3905.
