I have 3905 ACD phones that randomly go to "busy" and then will not take any ACD calls. The phone will take other calls and can make calls. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
It would be helpful if you told us what system these phones are on, but my gut instinct is telling me that some sort of inactivity/no answer timer is kicking in and putting the agent into busy mode.
Unfortunately that's about all the help I can provide, it's been 10 years since I worked on a Nortel and that was Norstars and Option 11C's. Try the Nortel Meridian forum.
