3905 acd not working properly

Hi all~

Customer has a 3905 acd phone off a CS1000 system. Customer complains that while on her headset, the "NRD" key lights up by itself. She also says she cannot hear the beep to let her know their is a call in the Que. I monitored the phone for 2 hours and all worked fine... any suggestions would be appreciated....

Is the headset plugged into the headset connector on the phone? Are you using answer forcing?
 
Yes the headset is plugged into correct connector. Not using answer forcing...
 
I've seen where bad headset amplifiers will keep a 2216 or 3905 from logging into the queue.
