3904 soft keys

I've installed our first 3904 via OTM and it works fine.
However, there are four softkeys under the display.
These feature buttons are labeled on the display from left to right FORWARD CALLERS REDIAL. The fourth key is blank and I thought it was a menu key and would allow you to toggle through sets of feature buttons three at a time, but, it doesn't work. When installing with OTM you can click through using the menu key and it will show you the other feature keys. Is this an OTM thing or a limitation of the 3904 and any feature keys need to be programmed on the line/feature keys?

The 3904 has "context sensitive soft keys". They will change depending upon the call state. For example, when you are on a call, you should see the softkeys to transfer or conference.

another thing that control the soft keys are cls marks.. if you have pickup (gpua) in class and rngg x, you get a pickup key only when a call is ava for pickup. to see the other 6 keys use the non soft shift key.. i can't comment on otm, it seems to work better when the server is powered down
