3904 Programming Template 1

Looking for an Excel or Word document programming template for a Nortel M3904 telephone. This template would be used by a customer to identify button programming (fill in the blanks). I used the forum search feature but came up empty handed. Any help would be appreciated.

i built ours in excel, i don't know of one on the market and it's impossible to paste one hear.. maybe someone can paste an excel macro that will auto build one.. there is a decent one in otm, i don't know if you can export it
