Ok, well lets just say that I have come across something that I have worked on trying to figure out, but no longer have any ideas.
We upgraded our system last year, to the 4.0 release to enable use of the 3904 phones. According to the enclosed material in the 3904 packaging, you must have a phone w/part# NTMN34GA70 with a release of #03. Which we do...also we just oredered new power supplys that are used by the phone.
We have checked the programming of the phone, made sure that the Full Duplex cartridge was inserted properly, etc. We have checked everything.
The red-light on the cartridge never turns on, which should indicate that it is active. Has anyone else had any problems with these or have any suggestions.
