3904 add-on display

hello all,

I am covering for someone for a few days and am working with otm. I have changed two appearances on a display-type add-on connected to a 3904. The question is; the origional appearances show the ext & name, the ones I changed display only the ext. Any tips on how to get the name on the display as the origional ones did. I am limited to otm since I have no logon capabilities at the tty.

The user had renamed the keys themselves on the 3904. It's not something that's controlled by the PBX.

You can go into options, change feature key lable, press the key to change, and re enter the name.

You can do a restore all on the options of the set too.
