3903 sets lose soft keys on 6.0 CPPM

Have a customer that has a CS1000e rls 6.0r cppm, intermittantly
3903 sets lose the ability to see their soft keys, disabling and re-enabling the phone fixes it short term, all latest patches have been loaded and phones are all flashed to latest on disk ( 090 ). Phones are NTMN12EC rls 01.
Anyone know of any issues with this?
