Insurance company Aflac--yeah, the one with the duck--has what it calls a "technology concierge" for its staffers. This person is an expert in all things mobile, specifically BlackBerrys.

Yeah, not bad, but I wouldn't agree that these tips are "deep inside various user manuals or buried in BlackBerry websites".....straight from the horse's mouth is sometimes better.
