3820 with to many functions ??

Hi,

Can a digital set has to many (heavy) functions?
I have a 3820 with one extra add-on-module.
This set restarts several times a day.(ERR9999)

Is there a limited amount of storage for each set on the DGTL cards?
Or anyone else has a clue?

Any information would be appreciated.

Its a 11c 25.15, everything in the pbx is changed,this happends anyway.
Callregistres are checked.

What do you mean restarts??
I can not find an (ERR9999) in the NTP's are you sure this is the error code on the console

yes, 100% sure.
This is what you get if you take out the cable from the walloutlet and then puts it back.
ERR9999 and ERR9998
These messages can be surpressed.

The set seems normal, display working and so on.
New call comes in, the user takes the call, and the set dies. Display goes black.
This can happend 3 times a day or more.
Doesn't have to be at the start of the call.

Gets ERR9999
After some seconds I get ERR9998 the call comes back.

I have changed set, add-on module, cables from the pbx to the phone, changed card in the pbx..
Seems that the pbx reboots the phone at some occasions.

We have noticed this before on another pbx.
But dont know the reason..

You say you changed the TN, but did you change the cable pair they could be bad.

yes I have changed the cable pair also.
So everything from the PBX and out to the set is changed.
That is including TN/CARD in the PBX.

So now I think I will change the CPU card, I have no other clues of what it could be.
