380: Invalid Property Value

While using Nice Evaluator, when I run a query or select a preset call recording group like "last 24 hours" it brings up the following error ...

"error in RecordingsQueryControl.RefreshResultsetGrid, 380: Invalid Property Value"

And in the two columns that normally show the little icons on the very left, usually a speaker, and a monitor, they have instead the numbers 5 and 2...

This is Nice Universe version 8.7.1326 ( I'm getting this on two different pc's, they both were recently upgraded to windows XP from 2000 )

Any ideas? At this point upgrading the entire system to ver 8.8 isn't really an option...

XP isn't really supported on 8.7. 8.8 is the first version that supported Windows XP.

What version is the CLS on? I think there might be a value in the nc_general table that needs to be updated.
