Can a Cisco 3750-12 and a HP 2510g have link Aggregation setup between the two? I have tried many times to set it up and one of the ports disables itself on the Cisco due to errors.

Thanks in advance

Not Etherchannel per-se... That's Cisco proprietary. You can do 802.3ad (aka LACP). When you build your channel-group on the cisco switch you choose "active" mode. For example:

int range gi1/0/1 - 2
channel-group 1 mode active

Since this is a switch to switch link, you will want to enable trunking also...

int range gi1/0/1 - 2, po1
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk
