3750 PoE issues

For some reason when I connect a couple of PoE cameras into the 3750, they will not turn up and I keep getting the following error messages in the loggs;

But if I plug them into a Linksys PoE switch, they work fine... They are only using 4177 miliwatts, plus I notice when they attempt to get power from the Cisco switch I am getting the following output when I do a sh power inline;

Fa1/0/47 auto on 7.0 Ieee PD 2 15.4


Any ideas? The PoE camera is a non PoE camera but connects to a Axis 247S video decoder that pushes the PoE to the switch. There is a dip switch that changes the PoE on the decoder from Class 2 to Class 3, tried this and it did not work...

I just find it extremely strange that the Linksys SRW208MP, the camera's light up and start working but if they are in the Cisco switch there is nothing other than the Power attempting to turn on and then turns off...

Any thoughts?

If they are non-PoE, have you tried turning off the inline power(power-inline none)? Also, does a Cisco phone work in the switch? Does it happen in all ports on the 3750?
Can you post a sh int fa1/0/47? That should show if it truly has power, and how much...

The Axis decoder turns them into PoE cameras(they are coax cameras that go into a coax to ethernet/PoE box), about to head down stairs and play around a lil with the switch to test a few theories, along with some of yours and let you know how it goes with a few results.

There is a way that you can set the power on the 3750 ports to a static setting. Cisco AP's I know when they power up will draw 15.4 watts for a little bit and then drop off after they are up. Something you might want to look into though is setting the power on the port so it can't go above a certain level.

I have also seen where a bad cable will cause a similar problem.
 
Just took a phone down there and plugged it directly into the two ports in question, and the phone started to make the pop sound when it is getting power but it kept making it over and over as if the power was goin up and down constantly. I took two other ports that were not being used by phones and moved them over to the bad ports...

Now I need to find out why one is set to Class 3 and using 15.4watts and the other is set to Class 2 and using 7watts...
