Have 4 3750 stacks connected via fiber, with no redundant fiber. Each 3750 stack has 4 2960s connected in a star configuratiom. 6 vlans are configured on all switches. I am setting up one 3750 stack for intervlan routing, with no hrsp configured as I can't use it in this config. The network is closed with the exception of a route out from one vlan(255) to the enterprise network. This router controlled by seperate group, and permits communication from my closed network to specific external servers on enterprise network.

The local devices have svi for assigned vlan - see below. Each sever on vlid 255 requiring access to external network has route added manually in windows o/s.

My question is what should be the default ip route for the 3750 configured with the SVIs. Should any changes be needed on remaining 3750 stacks?

Default gateway on all switches set for mgmt vlan 10 gateway 10.1.10.1

SVI's

10.1.10.x - Mgmt vlan 10
192.168.101.1 - svi vlid 101
192.168.102.1 - svi vlid 102
192.168.103.1 - svi vlid 103
192.168.104.1 - svi vlid 104
192.168.105.1 - svi vlid 105.
192.168.255.1 - SVI vlid 255 - servers
192.168.255.240 --- router attached to 255 vlan for external servers.

Thanks.

If you only have one exit out to the corporate network then it should be 192.168.255.240 . The stack will know of any connected routes and know how to get their destination.
