Hello all, i've been doing some research on issue i had today, but couldn't find the answer so i thought i would run by everyone to see if anyone has seen this or heard of it.
I had a 3750 switch in a stack of 3. All three switches were members of the stack and have been running with no problems for a long time. Then for some reason switch # 3 in the stack went into provision mode(I guess thats what you would call it. If you did a Show Switch: under priorty it would say Provision). I had to cycle the switch for it to be a member of the stack again. Once # 3 was up # 2 in the stack went into provision mode. So then i just cycled the whole stack. Everything was working after that. This also happened with another switch in another stack few hours later. Does anybody know what would kick a switch into provision without touching it?
Thanks
James
