IP Office R11.0.4.0.3(3), Essential Edition with 1400 series desk phones and 3730 DECT phones. Twelve 3730 phones were removed from a recent install (the customer cut down on the number of phones they wanted at the last second) so they were sent back to be used with another install. All phones have been added to the phone system config and the Master base station like normal, but none of them will connect, staying stuck in the "Searching" mode. In addition, the ADMIN menu of the 3730 phone doesn't show the Factory Reset option, instead just listing the software, hardware, and IPEI information.
