3720, 3725, 3740, 3749 Handsets- Each needs IP endpoint license?

All,
Does each of the abovementioned handsets on an IPO 9.0 system need an IP endpoint license, or is only one IP endpoint license needed per base-station, serving the base station's maximum of 8 handsets?

Thank you for these answers. Is it no longer possible to have wireless digital phones on IP Office? The 9.0 Product Description mentions support for digital wireless, but I can't seem to find anything regarding models or products still for sale.
