3711 DECT USB Cable

Hi Chaps,
Has anyone managed to get a USB cable working with the 3711 handsets?
I have loaded the drivers and everytime I connect the handset to my PC, I get 'USB Device Not Recognised'.....
Even on the handset when I key Menu *** 67#, I do not get the option to reset the device.
Any would would be great....

I depends on if you have 3711 handset made for Europe or US and the rest of the world.

For Europe you need the RS232 cable for the rest you need the USB cable so it could be the handset. Also using Win7 64-bit can be a hassle so try it with 32-bit or XP.
