3711 CLID north america

inbound CLID only supplies name when ringing. the 3711 will show number after the call is answered.
Digital, IP and analog phones will display name and number while ringing. SSA shows name and number being presented on the line and station tabs to the 3711 handsets. anybody know how to get the number to appear on the 3711 while ringing?

That is the way these extensions work, there is no solution for it.
