3700 - Time stamp being entered at the start of a transaction

We have an issue with a time stamp being placed in the transaction section of the check. See example:

Trn 5900 Jun13'17 11:47AM

Bar

--------------------------------

I need to remove this setting. I have checked all tabs under printing and transactions and can't seem to find where this is located.
Any help is appreciated.

It is unchecked.

I now suspect this was programmed by the new credit card gateway using a script.

is it unchkd in both rvc's? try rerunning cal?
