Recently installed a new EMV solution for the 3700s in our hotel. The solution uses OPI; we have it in multiple properties and it works great. We are attempting to preform a change of service on the Hotel side, but the combination of Shift4 (formally Merchant Link) and Oracle is enough to make a man cry... Longer story short if anyone here has experience doing Opera PMS / Merchant Link change of services please let me know so we can link up. The processing company and I are confident that we'll be able to use OPI to make this work we just need someone with experience on the Opera side.
