3700 Em Packet Failure

It looks like i have a line on the Em database that is already ocupied by a different promotion at the store level. "Sushi 20%" any insight on how to make these two DB lines play nice again would be great!

The databases must be aligned, it is important to prevent future errors

Hi

Thats a very known issue with Micros RES EM. If this is specific to a store, you would want to map the sequence number same as that in EM and then receive this packet.
