3700 5.2 driver dispatch works on server only

driver dispatch works 100% on server, on ws4's it does not show any checks but shows drivers

this harddrive was copied from thier other site w/dd thatworks great. copied harddrive and probles onl difference is uws5's at working site uws4's at non working site, but it did work b4 crash
