no errors/works on server on ws push button a screen flashes quickly then gone (not the dispatch screen)

COPIED HARDDRIVE FROM ANOTHER PIZZA SITE W/ DELIVERY DISPATCH WORKING, INSTALLED HD AND SWAPPED DB, DELIVERY DISPATCH WILL COME UP BUT ONLY SHOWS AVAIL DRIVERS BUT NO AVAIL ORDERS....................
