Hello Mate

You're obvious place to start will be cisco's web site looking at the sample configurations. first you should understand whaat you are trying to achieve with the router then pick the best configs from their website and adapt them to suit you're purposes!!

We will be using this router to replace one L3 2948G switch/router that we currently use as our main core router at our HQ. At our HQ we offer services like Internet, we have the mail server and also we host some of the database using VMS and running DEC protocol. The main protocol we use is TCP/IP and DEC is bridged for the application running on VMS. We also offer dialup services using radius services

Hope Im clear. I can e-mail you the current configuration of our L3 switch if you want me to.

DEC? or you using DecNet or LAT ? What is the port config of the new 3660? How much RAM because if you starting having to bridge or play games with DLSW, it can put a dent into the RAM.
