Got a 3620 that only boots up in rommon. Taking a look at dir flash: it has a flash but with a bad checksum. Tried to xmodem a new flash to it but receive an error that there is not enough memory. Is there a way to force the erase of the bad checksum flash that is written from the rommon mode. Thanks

Finally got it going. The flash would not erase using tftp or xmodem. Loaded the new flash on a pcmcia card and booted of that. Once it booted off the pcmcia card I was able to erase the flash and do a copy to it.

That's interesting.Never did play around with the 3600,didn't know they were so strange.

Regards
