3620 DSU/CSU to 1720 DSU/CSU

I've got a stupid question, and I know there was a post in here somewhere, but I can't find it right now. I have a 3620 router with 2 serial interfaces, and I have a 1720 lying around with 1 serial interface. They're all T1 CSU/DSUs. Can I connect them using Cat5 cable, and if I can, where do I find pinout config?
