3600 loses two entries

Our central router loses two lines added to the FastEthernet0/0 interface. It seems to be a random occurance. The configuration is saved successfully, and will even work for a few days. But then they'll disappear again.

Any suggestions?

...Are you saying the 'show run' will change but the 'show start' will not? Definitely seems flaky. What is the proper config for the interface, and what vanishes?

Regardless, the first thing I would do is try changing the passwords.

Make sure you are saving your config after you enter the commands. Perhaps you arent and the router is simply rebooting, thereby loading the old config without the 2 lines.

Yes, gbiello, the 'show run' loses, but the 'show start' does not.

I do a 'write m' to save everytime I add the lines back in.
The two lines are secondary ip address for the FastEthernet0/0 interface.
