35XX Series with VLAN tagging

We are setting up the new 35XX phones on a 9.5.13 VCX system and using tagged VLAN for telephony but this feature seems to not be working. If we put a 31XX series telephone on the same port it does recognize the tagged vlan and works properly.

Has anybody installed those phones on a similar scenario?
Are they working properly?

I´ll be very grateful if you give me any hints.
