Does anybody know where I can get a 355A adapter? Thanks for your help.

There are many Avaya resellers around that have this adapter. The part number is LU355 and the formal description is Avaya/Lucent Modular Connector for SMDR if you are looking to order. Check Avaya's website ( for Avaya Direct if you want to go right to the source.

Personally I order a lot of stuff from since they have good availability, decent prices, and good turnaround time. See for details.

If anyone has a spare one maybe we can convince them to expose it and post the schematics???

There are a few earlier posts in the forum with the pinouts listed. I don't have the direct links off the top of my head, but search back and they are there.

Thanks for your help. I ordered one off the web and it works great.
