I encounter a peculiar error while loading data into multiple nodes in UDB-DB2/6000 8.1.6 / AIXv5

I am loading data into 8 partitioned nodes using a single db2 load command executed via Shell script. I randomly get the 3508N error for one of these nodes whereas other nodes are error free. If I re-execute the same script again, I am not getting the error. I am sure it has nothing to do with temp file permissions as the error disappears when the script is re-executed.

Why I am getting the error at the first attempt for only one (random) node and not getting any errors if I re-execute again?

Thanks for your help. Raj

what is the full error message ? Do you have the reason code and stuff ?

Any entrys in the db2diag.log on the node having a problem ?

I receive the following message while redirecting the stdout/stderror:
====================================
Agent Type : LOAD
Node : 007 (or any random node)
SQL Code : -00003508
Result : INIT error. Table unchanged
====================================

Finally the consolidated results shown as follows:
====================================
RESULTS : 7 of 8 LOADs completed successfully.
====================================

we have a total of 8 nodes and even though the result is shown as 7 of 8 loads completed successfully, table is NOT populated with any data.
