350-24T switch - Reset? Passwort? Firmware?

Hello dear helper
I got a Bay-Switch 350-24T
SW: v3.1.0.22

How could i reset the switch?
I test a few times the &quot;NetIs<cr>&quot; method but all failure
Now i am searching the firmware couse want to do something like, searching the strings of the Firmware-imgae and
reverse it manualy.

I was searching in nortelnetwork.com for firmware do they got a ftp? or other database with firmeware?
