I am recieving the above fault. Have not been able to find any specifics.
Any thoughts or info would be greatly apreciated.

pick your model from the list then just plug in your error code. it will give you the skinny on fixing the error. let me know if i helped or not, thanks

Thanks for the info. I have already been there and tried the recomended procedures to no avail. We are a service center for Lexmak and HP and I was hoping to get some more technical info (since I am unfamiliar with this printer) on the error to dig a bit deeper into the problem.
